practiceperfectI hear it many times. “I know this part. I don’t need to practice this section, it is my best one.” Can weaknesses be overcome through developing your strengths? This chapter points to the answer being, “yes.”  Strengths can be great leverage!! So use them. 

  1. Identify and practice areas of talent as well as areas of weakness.
  2. Seek ways to apply established skills in new settings to leverage strengths.
  3. Use one participant’s strengths to model for another team members and speed replication across the group
